The benelli tnt125 tnt135 tornado + naked is a brilliant little machine that deserves an exhaust to match its punchy, rev-happy character — and that’s exactly what Max Torque Cans has delivered. Designed and manufactured right here in the UK, our performance exhaust for the benelli tnt125 tnt135 tornado + naked is built to unlock the true potential of your bike, giving you a sharper throttle response, a more aggressive exhaust note, and a look that turns heads at every junction. Whether you’re commuting through city streets or carving up country lanes, upgrading your exhaust is one of the single most effective modifications you can make to a small-capacity motorcycle.

At Max Torque Cans, we don’t just bolt together off-the-shelf components and call it a day. Every exhaust we produce is engineered with care, using premium-grade materials and precision manufacturing techniques. The result is a performance exhaust that fits properly, performs consistently, and lasts for years — not just a few weekend rides. Read on to find out exactly what you’re getting when you order from us.

What’s Included With Your Benelli TNT125 TNT135 Tornado + Naked Exhaust

When your order arrives, you’ll find everything you need to complete the installation cleanly and confidently. We’ve made sure this kit is comprehensive, so you won’t be hunting around for extra parts or making emergency trips to a hardware shop. Here’s what’s inside the box:

  • 1 x Stainless 304 CNC Mandrel Bent Link Pipe — precision-formed for unrestricted gas flow and a perfect OEM fit
  • 1 x Stainless Exhaust Strap — tough, corrosion-resistant, and built to hold firm under sustained heat and vibration
  • 1 x Exhaust Strap Rubber — absorbs vibration and protects the mounting point from wear
  • 1 x Exhaust Hanging Bracket — ensures the can sits in exactly the right position without sagging or rattling

The link pipe is the heart of this kit. Manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel and formed using CNC mandrel bending, it maintains a consistent internal diameter throughout every curve, which means exhaust gases flow freely without any restriction or turbulence. This is a significant upgrade over cheaper pressed-bend alternatives, which often pinch the pipe and create back pressure that robs you of power.

The entire kit is designed to bolt straight onto the standard OEM downpipes of the benelli tnt125 tnt135 tornado + naked, meaning no cutting, no welding, and no specialist tools required. It’s a clean, reversible upgrade — ideal if you ever want to return to the standard setup.

Performance Benefits for the Benelli TNT125 TNT135 Tornado + Naked

You might be wondering what real-world difference an aftermarket exhaust actually makes to a small-capacity bike. The answer, particularly on a single-cylinder engine like the one powering the benelli tnt125 tnt135 tornado + naked, is quite significant. A well-engineered exhaust does several things at once:

  • Reduces back pressure — allowing spent gases to exit the engine more efficiently, freeing up power that was previously being wasted
  • Improves throttle response — the engine breathes more freely, so it reacts more crisply when you crack open the throttle
  • Enhances the exhaust note — a deeper, more purposeful sound that reflects the character of the bike far better than the muted standard silencer
  • Reduces weight — depending on the can selected, you can shed a meaningful amount of weight from the tail end of the bike

Our exhausts are manufactured to deliver maximum power gains without requiring any changes to the fuelling. The benelli tnt125 tnt135 tornado + naked will run cleanly and efficiently straight out of the box on our link pipe. However, if you’ve already fitted an aftermarket air filter or a de-cat downpipe, we’d always recommend having the fuelling mapped or adjusted to get the very best from your setup. It’s a small investment that complements every other performance modification you’ve made.

Speaking of de-cat downpipes — if you really want to maximise the performance gains on your benelli tnt125 tnt135 tornado + naked, pairing this link pipe with a de-cat header is the logical next step. Check out our Benelli TNT125 & TNT135 Tornado +TNT Naked Ø32mm De Cat Down-Pipe for a fully matched upgrade that takes your exhaust setup to the next level.

Installation Notes for the Benelli TNT125 TNT135 Tornado + Naked

Fitting this kit to your benelli tnt125 tnt135 tornado + naked is a straightforward job that most riders with basic mechanical confidence can complete at home. Here are a few tips to help the installation go smoothly:

  • Let the engine cool completely before you begin. Working on a hot exhaust is both dangerous and uncomfortable.
  • Apply copper grease to all bolt threads and joint connections before assembly. This prevents seizing and makes future removal far easier.
  • Hand-tighten everything first, check alignment carefully, and only torque up to the final setting once you’re happy with the positioning of the can and bracket.
  • Run the bike for a short period after fitting, then re-check all fasteners once the exhaust has gone through a full heat cycle. Metal expands and contracts as it warms and cools, and joints can sometimes loosen slightly after the first ride.
  • Check for leaks at the joint between the link pipe and downpipe. A small amount of smoke on the first startup is normal as manufacturing oils burn off, but any persistent leak should be addressed before riding.

Because this exhaust is a direct OEM replacement fit, there are no awkward modifications needed to the frame, footrests, or bodywork. The hanging bracket and strap work together to support the can securely, eliminating any risk of vibration-induced cracking or movement on the road. The rubber strap insert is a small but important detail — it isolates the mounting point from direct metal-to-metal contact, reducing noise and extending the life of both the exhaust and the bracket.
