We were originally Superbike Exhaust Specialists and now we manufacture exhausts

MTC ONLY uses the best grade materials .

Stainless Steel Grade T304 + T409

Titanium grade 2 + 3 mill finish

Carbon Fibre 4 x 4 twill prepreg autoclave cured , foiled lined.

All our exhausts are made with Stainless gas tight rivets.

All MTC Exhausts are handmade and are designed

and manufactured in our

workshop in Burscough, Lancashire L40 8TG.

1 x Stainless 304 Cnc Mandrel bent link pipe

1 x Stainless Exhaust Strap

1 x Exhaust Strap Rubber

This exhaust is made to fit straight to the standard OEM downpipes.

This exhaust comes complete with everything you will need to fit straight to the standard OEM downpipes.

If you are buying a Road Legal / Race exhaust , it will come with BSAU ( British Road-Legal ) markings and a removable Road Legal Baffle (Decibel Killer).

Once the removable baffle is unbolted the exhaust is then in RACE mode

If you are buying a RACE exhaust, it will come WITHOUT any markings or a removable baffle

Removable Baffles (DB Killers) can be purchased separately in our Ebay shop (Click Here)

Returns

We operate strictly to the guidelines set out by the Distance Selling Regulations, whereby a consumer has an unconditional right to cancel their order up to fourteen days of receipt of goods. A decision to cancel an order must be made in writing and we shall refund in full the cost of the goods , but not the shipping costs incurred for return of the goods.

Any returned goods must be sent to Max Torque Cans Ltd. Unit 5, OSPREY PLACE .BURSCOUGH, L40 8TG UNITED KINGDOM. A brief note must be enclosed with the goods explaining the reason for return as well as the consumer’s contact details. Upon safe receipt of undamaged goods, a refund will be processed immediately via the original means of payment, eg a credit card payment will be refunded back to the same credit card, a Paypal payment will be refunded back into the Paypal account.

The consumer has the responsibility to ensure that returned goods are unused and in the original packaging, any goods returned and sustaining damage in transit will not be refunded in full if not packaged in the original packaging.

Any goods that are one off/ custom made/ special order cannot be returned.

Specifically, two changes detailed below:

Road Legal Exhausts: Our road legal exhausts will have the BSAU stamped markings and be crafted with non-removable baffles, aligning seamlessly with the standards set by ACEM (European Association of Motorcycle Manufacturers). These baffles are an integral part of our design to ensure that your motorcycle exhaust complies with road regulations, providing you with a legal and enjoyable riding experience.

Race Exhausts and Silencers: For those seeking an exhilarating experience on the track, our race exhausts are engineered to deliver optimal performance. Clearly marked with type approval markings “Not for Road Use” etched into the side, these exhausts are specifically designed for racing applications. This distinction is in line with DVSA policy, ensuring that our race exhausts are suitable for track use, meeting the highest performance standards without compromising on safety.
