SUZUKI GSF1250 BANDIT GT 2008-2019

Price range: £ 137.60 through £ 328.52

The suzuki gsf1250 bandit gt 2008-2019 represents one of the finest all-round motorcycles to emerge from Suzuki’s Hamamatsu factory, blending genuine touring comfort with naked bike aggression and a surprisingly sporting edge. If you’re looking to transform the character of your Bandit GT and unlock the full acoustic and performance potential of that magnificent 1255cc inline-four engine, fitting a quality performance exhaust is quite simply the single most effective upgrade you can make.

At Max Torque Cans, we’ve developed a precision-engineered link pipe and silencer package built specifically for this model, delivering a stronger exhaust note, cleaner lines, improved gas flow, and a fitment that feels factory-standard from the moment you tighten the last bolt.

Why Upgrade Your Suzuki GSF1250 Bandit GT 2008-2019 Exhaust System?

The standard OEM exhaust fitted to the suzuki gsf1250 bandit gt 2008-2019 is a masterclass in compromise engineering. It’s quiet enough to satisfy European noise legislation, heavy enough to meet cost targets, and restrictive enough to keep emissions within regulatory limits. For everyday commuting and Sunday touring, it does the job adequately.

But the moment you hear what this engine is truly capable of with a properly designed aftermarket exhaust behind it, there’s simply no going back to the muffled, subdued tone of the standard can.

Our exhaust kit transforms the Bandit GT’s character in every meaningful way. Throttle response becomes crisper and more immediate, particularly in the low and mid-range where you spend most of your riding time. The engine pulls with greater enthusiasm through the gears, and the top-end rush is accompanied by a deep, purposeful growl that makes every overtake genuinely thrilling.

Long-term Bandit owners consistently report that a quality exhaust upgrade delivers more rider satisfaction than almost any other single modification—and it’s easy to understand why.

What’s Included in the Suzuki GSF1250 Bandit GT 2008-2019 Exhaust Kit from Max Torque Cans?

We believe in complete, no-nonsense kitting. When you order the suzuki gsf1250 bandit gt 2008-2019 exhaust package from Max Torque Cans, everything you need for a clean, leak-free installation arrives in one box. There’s no hunting around for missing hardware, no improvised brackets, and no unpleasant surprises halfway through the fitting process. Here’s exactly what you receive:

  • 1 x Stainless 304 CNC Mandrel Bent Link Pipe — fabricated from premium-grade 304 stainless steel using CNC mandrel bending technology to maintain a consistent internal bore through every curve, maximising exhaust gas flow and eliminating the restrictions that cheaper crush-bent pipes introduce.
  • 1 x Stainless Exhaust Strap — a robust mounting strap fabricated in corrosion-resistant stainless steel, engineered to resist the heat cycles and road salt exposure that come with everyday riding in the British climate.
  • 1 x Exhaust Strap Rubber — the isolation rubber that sits between the strap and your silencer, absorbing vibration and protecting the finish of both components over the long term.

This exhaust kit is designed to fit straight onto the standard OEM downpipes of the suzuki gsf1250 bandit gt 2008-2019, which means no cutting, no welding, and no permanent modifications to your motorcycle. If you ever want to return the bike to stock specification—perhaps for resale or MOT purposes—the process is entirely reversible.

Fitment Precision for the Suzuki GSF1250 Bandit GT 2008-2019

Fitment accuracy is something we take extremely seriously at Max Torque Cans. This kit has been developed and tested specifically for the suzuki gsf1250 bandit gt 2008-2019 production run, covering all variants of the GT specification produced across that eleven-year lifespan. The link pipe profiles match the OEM downpipe outlets precisely, so you get a flush, gap-free connection that seats properly first time, every time.

The mandrel bending process used in fabricating the link pipe is absolutely key to this precision. Unlike standard rotary-draw bending, mandrel bending supports the internal bore of the pipe during the forming process, preventing deformation and keeping the internal diameter consistent throughout every bend. The result is a pipe that flows better, fits better, and lasts considerably longer than cheaper alternatives you might find elsewhere online.

Installation is straightforward for any competent home mechanic. You’ll want a set of standard spanners, a torque wrench, and ideally a pair of heat-resistant gloves for handling components after a test run. Allow the original exhaust to cool fully before beginning removal, work methodically through the OEM fasteners, and offer up the new link pipe before tightening anything down—this lets you adjust alignment naturally before committing to final torque settings.

Sound, Performance, and the Riding Experience on Your Suzuki GSF1250 Bandit GT 2008-2019

The acoustic transformation that comes with fitting a quality aftermarket can to the suzuki gsf1250 bandit gt 2008-2019 is genuinely impressive. The standard silencer is heavily baffled to satisfy European noise regulations, which means a good deal of the engine’s natural character is smothered before it ever reaches your ears. Replace it with a properly matched aftermarket can from Max Torque Cans, and suddenly the 1255cc inline-four sounds like the performance engine it truly is.

You’ll notice the difference immediately from the first cold start. The deep, purposeful growl on start-up gives way to a clean, authoritative note under acceleration, with none of the tinny resonance or unpleasant drone that plague cheaper exhaust systems. On longer motorway runs, the sound remains purposeful without becoming tiresome, and when you crack the throttle open for an overtake, the exhaust note rises to match your enthusiasm perfectly.

If you’re also interested in upgrading other Suzuki models in your garage, our SUZUKI GSXR1000 K7 K8 2007 – 2008 Twin Silencers bring the same Max Torque Cans quality and precision engineering to the iconic GSX-R litre bike of that era.
