To fit Yamaha XSR900 / MT09 / Nexen 900cc Headers where you want to remove your standard Cat-box from yourย Downpipes.
This new de-cat pipe does need welding,ย your standard OEM headers needย cutting at the required position ( pics and information will be provided)
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Once fitted a 2″ / 51mm Exhaust of your choice can be fitted.

Plus if you have a road-legal exhaust fitted, removing the cat box will still be MOT Passable, as bikes are noise tested, not emission tested.ย
Your rear silencer can be standard or aftermarket and they will fit exactly the same as before but without the large, ugly, heavy, and restrictive cat box and Headers.ย
The standard cat box weighs 5 KGs.
And the aftermarket De-Cat pipe weighs 0.7 KG
Saving 4.3 KGsย ย
Plus if you have a road-legal exhaust fitted, removing the cat box will still be MOT Passable, as bikes are noise tested, not emission tested.
NOTE.
This is usually a workshop job but a competent mechanically minded person with tools should be able to perform this replacement Pipework.ย ย ย

All our RACE exhausts do not come with a Road Legal Baffle / Decibel Killer + do not have any BSAU ( British Road-Legal ) markings. and are marked NOT FOR ROAD USE

These baffles are an integral part of our design to ensure that your motorcycle exhaust complies with road regulations, providing you with a legal and enjoyable riding experience.
Race Exhausts and Silencers:ย For those seeking an exhilarating experience on the track, our race exhausts are engineered to deliver optimal performance. Clearly marked with type approval markings “Not for Road Use” etched into the side, these exhausts are specifically designed for racing applications. This distinction is in line with DVSA policy, ensuring that our race exhausts are suitable for track use, meeting the highest performance standards without compromising on safety.
