The benelli tnt125 tnt135 tornado +tnt naked rear silencer from Max Torque Cans is a premium, UK-manufactured performance can designed to transform the look, sound, and performance of your Benelli mini motorbike without compromising reliability or rideability. If you are looking for a genuine quality upgrade over the heavy, restrictive stock silencer, you have come to the right place. Built right here in the United Kingdom from high-grade materials, this rear silencer is engineered specifically for riders who demand the best from their Benelli TNT125, TNT135, Tornado, or +TNT Naked.
Why Choose the Benelli TNT125 TNT135 Tornado +TNT Naked Rear Silencer from Max Torque Cans?
When it comes to upgrading your Benelli, not all aftermarket cans are created equal. The benelli tnt125 tnt135 tornado +tnt naked rear silencer sold by Max Torque Cans is manufactured in the UK to exacting standards, using Stainless Steel 304 throughout. This grade of stainless is renowned for its corrosion resistance and durability, meaning your new silencer will handle everything the British weather throws at it without fading, rusting, or deteriorating over time.
One of the most compelling reasons to choose this performance exhaust is the dramatic weight saving it delivers. The standard factory downpipe tips the scales at a hefty 3.4 kg. Our downpipe weighs just 1.1 kg — that is a weight saving of 2.3 kg. On a lightweight mini motorbike like the Benelli TNT125 or TNT135, shedding over two kilograms from the exhaust alone is a genuinely meaningful improvement to handling, agility, and overall riding feel.
Our exhausts are also engineered to deliver maximum power without any need to remap or alter the fuelling. You can bolt this silencer on and ride away with confidence. That said, if you are running an aftermarket air filter or a de-cat pipe, having your fuelling professionally reviewed will always complement engine performance and efficiency even further.

Important Fitment Note — Standard Headers vs De-Cat Downpipe
This rear silencer is supplied with a link pipe configured to fit the standard Benelli factory headers as standard. However, if you would like your benelli tnt125 tnt135 tornado +tnt naked rear silencer to fit our own MTC de-cat downpipe instead, please make a note of this when placing your order, and we will dispatch the appropriate link pipe to suit. Failing to specify this may result in a fitment issue, so do not forget to let us know.
We also sell the de-cat headers for this model separately. If you want to go the full route and maximise both weight savings and performance gains, pairing this rear silencer with our de-cat downpipe is an excellent choice. Check out the Benelli TNT125 & TNT135 Tornado +TNT Naked Ø32mm De Cat Down-Pipe for the perfect companion to your new can.
Installation Guide for the Benelli TNT125 TNT135 Tornado +TNT Naked Rear Silencer
Fitting the benelli tnt125 tnt135 tornado +tnt naked rear silencer is a straightforward process that most competent home mechanics can complete with basic tools. Here is a brief overview of how installation works:
- Step 1: Allow the bike to cool completely before beginning work on the exhaust.
- Step 2: Remove the original stock silencer and any associated brackets or clamps.
- Step 3: Offer up the new MTC CNC mandrel-bent link pipe to the standard Benelli downpipes and check the alignment.
- Step 4: Attach the mounting bracket to the frame using the existing mounting points.
- Step 5: Slide the stainless exhaust strap rubber into position and secure with the stainless strap.
- Step 6: Tighten all fixings progressively and evenly, then check everything is snug and rattle-free before starting the bike.
As always, if you are unsure at any stage, we recommend having the installation carried out by a qualified motorcycle mechanic. A correctly fitted exhaust not only performs better but is also safer and longer-lasting.
Performance Expectations from Your Benelli TNT125 TNT135 Tornado +TNT Naked Rear Silencer
Riders who fit the benelli tnt125 tnt135 tornado +tnt naked rear silencer can expect a noticeable improvement in throttle response and a more characterful exhaust note compared to the restrictive stock unit. The CNC mandrel-bent link pipe ensures smooth, unrestricted gas flow from the headers through to the exit of the can, which is the foundation of any good performance upgrade. Combined with the significant weight reduction, many riders report the bike feeling more nimble and responsive immediately after fitting.
For those running a standard air filter and stock headers, no fuelling changes are required — this silencer is engineered to work in harmony with the standard Benelli fuelling map. However, if you have already fitted an aftermarket filter or are considering our de-cat header pipe, a fuel mapping session will unlock the full potential of your setup. You might also want to explore our Benelli TNT125 TNT135 Tornado +TNT Naked De Cat Down-Pipe Exhaust header to build out the perfect performance package.
