If you’re looking to unlock the true potential of your naked streetfighter, this performance exhaust for the kawasaki z750 2004-2006 is exactly what your bike has been waiting for. Designed and manufactured right here in the UK by Max Torque Cans, this exhaust is built to deliver a deeper, more aggressive tone, improved throttle response, and a cleaner, sportier look — all without compromising reliability or fitment. Whether you’re commuting through city streets or carving up weekend A-roads, this can will transform the way your Z750 sounds, feels, and performs.
The Kawasaki Z750 was a hugely popular middleweight naked bike throughout its production run, beloved for its punchy inline-four engine and nimble handling. However, the standard OEM exhaust is notoriously restrictive and lacks the character that this engine deserves. That’s where Max Torque Cans steps in — giving your bike the voice and the performance it was always capable of producing.
What’s Included with the Kawasaki Z750 2004-2006 Performance Exhaust?
This exhaust kit has been carefully put together to ensure a complete, hassle-free installation straight out of the box. Every component is manufactured to a high standard, and the kit contains everything you need to fit the can to your bike without having to source additional parts separately. Here’s exactly what you’ll receive:
- 1 x Stainless 304 CNC Mandrel Bent Link Pipe — precision-formed for maximum flow and perfect fitment
- 1 x Stainless Exhaust Strap — durable and corrosion-resistant for a secure, long-lasting mount
- 1 x Exhaust Strap Rubber — protects against vibration and heat transfer to your bodywork
The use of grade 304 stainless steel throughout means this kit is built to withstand the British weather — rain, road salt, and everything else the seasons throw at it. The CNC mandrel bending process ensures the pipe maintains a consistent internal diameter throughout every bend, which is critical for preserving exhaust gas velocity and maximising performance gains.
Fitment Guide for the Kawasaki Z750 2004-2006
This exhaust has been designed specifically for the kawasaki z750 2004-2006 and is engineered to bolt directly onto the standard OEM downpipes. There are no modifications required to your existing headers or frame — this is a genuine bolt-on upgrade that even a confident home mechanic can tackle with basic tools and a bit of patience.
The link pipe has been designed with precision fitment in mind, meaning you won’t need to fight against misaligned flanges or loose connections. The stainless strap and rubber mount work together to hold the silencer firmly in position, reducing vibration and preventing any unwanted rattles or movement while riding.
Before fitting, we always recommend giving your OEM downpipes a thorough inspection. Clean up any corrosion from the collector area and ensure the mating surfaces are free from debris. A small amount of exhaust paste applied to the connection point will help create an airtight seal and prevent any blowing at the joint.
Installation Tips for Your Kawasaki Z750 2004-2006 Exhaust
When fitting the kawasaki z750 2004-2006 link pipe and silencer, always start all fixings loosely before tightening anything fully. This allows you to align every component correctly and ensures the strap and bracket sit in the right position without placing undue stress on the joints. Once everything is aligned, tighten progressively and evenly. After your first short run, allow the bike to cool and then re-check all fixings — new exhausts settle slightly with heat cycles and a quick re-torque will keep everything solid.
We also recommend checking that there’s adequate clearance between the silencer and any surrounding bodywork or plastics. The Z750 has relatively open access around the exhaust area, so clearance is rarely an issue, but it’s always worth a quick visual check before you head out on your first ride.
Why Choose Max Torque Cans for Your Kawasaki Z750 2004-2006?
Max Torque Cans is a UK-based manufacturer and retailer with a passion for motorcycles and performance. Every exhaust we produce is designed, developed, and quality-checked in the UK, and we take enormous pride in offering exceptional quality at a price that doesn’t require remortgaging the garage. When you buy a can from us, you’re not buying a mass-produced overseas import — you’re buying a product that has been thought through by riders, for riders.
Our stainless 304 construction means your investment will last the lifetime of the bike. Unlike cheaper mild steel alternatives that discolour, rust, and ultimately fail, stainless steel maintains its appearance and structural integrity year after year. It’s the sensible choice for anyone who wants a performance exhaust that looks as good five years from now as it does on day one.
The sound produced by the kawasaki z750 2004-2006 fitted with a Max Torque can is noticeably deeper and more characterful than the stock silencer, with a crisp, clean four-cylinder note that rewards hard acceleration without becoming antisocial at low revs. You get the best of both worlds — a bike that sounds purposeful and exciting without drawing unnecessary attention at idle or in traffic.

These baffles are an integral part of our design to ensure that your motorcycle exhaust complies with road regulations, providing you with a legal and enjoyable riding experience.

Clearly marked with type approval markings “Not for Road Use” etched into the side, these exhausts are specifically designed for racing applications.
