The triumph tt600 2000-2003 performance exhaust from Max Torque Cans is purpose-built to transform the way your supersport Triumph looks, sounds, and performs. Whether you’re chasing that aggressive kerb appeal or simply want to replace a tired, rusty OEM silencer, this exhaust is the ideal upgrade for your machine. Crafted with precision and backed by years of fitment experience, it’s one of the most popular cans we supply for the Triumph range — and it’s easy to see why.

Why Choose This Exhaust for Your Triumph TT600 2000-2003?

The Triumph TT600 was Triumph’s bold answer to the Japanese inline-four supersport market, and it deserves an exhaust that matches its character. Our triumph tt600 2000-2003 exhaust is manufactured to the highest standards, featuring a polished stainless steel construction that not only looks the part but stands up to the rigours of British weather. Stainless steel resists corrosion far better than mild steel alternatives, meaning your exhaust will continue to look and perform brilliantly for years to come.

This exhaust is designed to bolt directly onto the standard OEM downpipes of the triumph tt600 2000-2003, so there’s no need for adaptors, custom brackets, or expensive modifications. It’s a straight-swap solution that gives you a genuine performance upgrade without the headache. The fitment uses a 3-bolt fixing, ensuring a solid, vibration-free connection every time you fire up the engine.

What’s Included with the Triumph TT600 2000-2003 Exhaust Kit?

We believe in making installation as simple and straightforward as possible. Every triumph tt600 2000-2003 exhaust kit from Max Torque Cans comes complete with everything you need to get the can fitted and on the road. Your kit includes:

  • 1 x Stainless Exhaust Strap — a robust, corrosion-resistant strap that secures the can firmly in place, keeping it stable under acceleration and through corners.
  • 1 x Exhaust Strap Rubber — a purpose-fitted rubber buffer that absorbs vibration and protects both the strap and the can from wear over time.

These two components work together to ensure your triumph tt600 2000-2003 exhaust is mounted securely and stays that way, no matter how hard you push the bike. It’s a complete, no-fuss package ready to install straight out of the box.

Installation Notes for the Triumph TT600 2000-2003

Fitting the triumph tt600 2000-2003 exhaust is a job that most competent home mechanics can handle with basic tools. Because this silencer is designed to mate directly with the standard OEM downpipes, there’s no cutting, grinding, or fabrication required. Here’s what you need to know before you get started:

  • Ensure the bike has fully cooled before attempting to remove the existing exhaust. Burns from a hot can are easily avoided with a little patience.
  • Check the OEM downpipe flange for any cracks, damage, or excessive carbon build-up before fitting the new can. A clean, undamaged flange ensures a proper seal.
  • Use the included stainless strap and rubber to mount the can, taking care not to over-tighten and distort the rubber. Snug and firm is the goal.
  • Torque the 3-bolt fixing to the manufacturer’s recommended specification — if in doubt, consult a workshop manual for the triumph tt600 2000-2003.
  • Once fitted, run the bike briefly and check for any exhaust gas leaks around the joint before heading out for a full ride.

If you prefer a professional fitting, any reputable motorcycle workshop will have this exhaust swapped over in no time. Either way, the end result is a cleaner, better-sounding Triumph that you’ll be proud to ride.

Sound, Performance, and Looks — The Triumph TT600 2000-2003 Upgrade You’ve Been Waiting For

One of the biggest reasons riders upgrade to a performance exhaust is the sound. The triumph tt600 2000-2003 inline-four has a natural mechanical character that a quality aftermarket silencer genuinely enhances. Our can delivers a deeper, sportier note compared to the muted tone of the stock exhaust — enough to turn heads without being antisocially loud. It’s the kind of exhaust note that makes every ride more engaging.

Beyond sound, fitting a lighter aftermarket silencer to your triumph tt600 2000-2003 can contribute to a modest reduction in unsprung weight, which has a positive effect on handling and agility. The sleek, stainless finish also gives the rear of the bike a far cleaner, more purposeful appearance — particularly if your original can is showing its age with rust or discolouration.

If you ride other models in the Triumph range, we stock exhausts to suit a wide variety of bikes.
