Everything in this kit has been selected with longevity and performance in mind. Fitment Details for the BMW F750 GS 2018 – 2023

This exhaust has been designed and built to bolt straight onto the standard OEM downpipes of the bmw f750 gs 2018 – 2023 — no modifications, no custom brackets, and no specialist tools required. The CNC mandrel-bent link pipe is shaped to follow the exact routing of the original exhaust, so clearances are tight, fitment is tidy, and the finished result looks like it was meant to be there from the factory floor.

The bmw f750 gs 2018 – 2023 runs a parallel-twin engine with a decent amount of low-to-mid range torque on tap, and this exhaust is designed to complement that powerband rather than work against it. The mandrel-bending process ensures the internal bore of the link pipe maintains a consistent diameter throughout every curve — unlike crush-bent pipes, which can restrict flow and kill performance. The result is improved exhaust gas scavenging, better throttle response, and a more satisfying riding experience overall.

This exhaust suits all variants of the bmw f750 gs 2018 – 2023 that retain the standard OEM downpipes. If your bike has already had the downpipes replaced or modified, please get in touch with us before ordering so we can confirm compatibility.

Installation Notes for the BMW F750 GS 2018 – 2023

Fitting this exhaust to your bmw f750 gs 2018 – 2023 is a straightforward job that most home mechanics can tackle with basic hand tools. Here are a few tips to make the process as smooth as possible:

  • Allow the engine to cool fully before starting work — never attempt to remove a hot exhaust
  • Apply copper grease to all threaded connections before reassembly to prevent future seizure
  • Check all clamps and straps are torqued to the correct specification before your first ride
  • Run the engine gently for the first few miles to allow gaskets and joints to bed in properly
  • Re-check all fixings after your first 20–30 miles, as heat cycling can cause initial settling

We also keep things practical. The bmw f750 gs 2018 – 2023 is a versatile machine ridden by all sorts of people, from weekend tourers to daily commuters. This exhaust works brilliantly across all those use cases — it’s not a race-only loud can that’ll irritate your neighbours.
